My Age is 30 years. I am now going to get  married in June 2008. My problem is that I have masturbated too much in my life due to this when i think about sex or see porn sites or film or read sex stories , there is semen leakage from my penis. Can you tell my that which type of medicine i can take to stop this. also tell my about premature ejaculation because i think that after getting married may be i will ejaculate than my partner because it takes me 2 minutes to masterbate. now i have stopped masturbate but when i read something about sex , semen comes out from my penis

I guess my first question is how much semen comes out.  It may just be that pre-lubricant that most men get?  I'm not sure, maybe it's best another man help you there.

That happens to me, after yrs of wanking we have programmed our weiners to be aroused & leak before any sexual activity.  The only way to stop it would be to stop wanking completly as you will unprogram your tool to not lubricate which seems unlikly, if anything you can cutdown to 1 wank a week & that should reduce your leakage.  i look at it as a good thing as i am lubed up whenever i  to hook up with a girl.

Are you sure this is semen? What color has it?

It could just be pre-semen fluids that almost everyone has when aroused enough.
