Sexual Related- Burning Feet and Hands - what could this be? Sexual related

I had sex with a bar girl about 9 months ago. She performed unprotected oral and then we had protected sex. I had not had any noticeable symptoms until about 3 weeks ago. My feet and hands have been having major burning sensations and I have noticed the burning around my penis as well. There are a handful of small bumps on the palm of my hands. Nothing else. No swollen lymph nodes, no discharge, no burning during urination. Is this an STD? HIV? No, I have not been tested which I need to do..thanks.

Burning sensation in hands and feet- these sensation are usually called paresthesia. There are many causes for this disorder except std. However, to be safe consult a specialist.Unprotected oral sex can give you herpis symptoms of which may remain dormant and may flare up any time in future .You have to consult neurologist for burning pain.If sex expert give some diagnosis for burning, you may not  worry about neurology.
