Should I be concerned about the swelling around my penis?

Hello,

I am a male in my mid 20s and yesterday I started feeling sore around my penis. I had done a bit of walking and thought this may have been the problem. When I got home, I was still sore and decided to look at my penis. Upon examination, the underside of my penis had swollen and there was what appeared to be a place that looked like a festered hair follicle. I squeezed the bump and a mix of puss and blood came out. I took a hot shower and when to bed.

Today, my penis is more swollen and very tender to the touch. There is no white head where the numb was but a small scab from the blood. With that being said, my girlfriend and I do have sex but use a condom each and every time. I have used latex condoms before and never had a problem. I think that rules out an allergic reaction. I haven't ran a fever. And I have been only been with her over the past year.

Could this be a form of penis trauma? Should I be concerned?
