Skin under foreskin peeled now itchy

A few days ago the skin under my penis peeled off almost, it didn't even seem to hurt at all. I just washed it off and it was ok. But, now I have found tiny red bumps on the skin connected from my head to my shaft. It is a little itchy here and there and there are some other red bumps elsewhere. I have had unprotected sex with two different people, both of whom were supposedly checked and cleared of STD's. My scrotom is often itchy also.
