Small Bump at the End of Urethral Opening

Hi, just last week, I noticed a small bump that had the same color of the rest of my urethral opening. It's at the bottom tip of the opening and looked as if it was attached by only a small amount of skin at the bottom of this bump. I was trying to examine it when it popped and began to bleed. I was treated for gonnorhea about a month ago and I'm wondering if this has anything to do with this bump. I did not experience any burning or discomfort before and since I found this bump and am concerned that its HPV which I have a feel is most likely the case. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor to take a look but will not happen for a few weeks. I tried to search the web for similar cases but haven't found anything that matched mine. Thanks to anyone that may have an idea.
