Small Spots

Hello
i am curently 15 years old, nearly 16 and i am worried about some small spots on my penis. I am still a virgin and i have not had oral sex (so no sexual contact at all). These spots are only a few mm but these is a mass quantity and when SOME of them are squezzed, they reveal a white head (almost like a usually zit of spot). I know i really should go see my doctor but i really want to avoid the embarrisment :(, has anyone got any answers, cures, simuler stories and what have they done
