Small bump on penis shaft

Hello all,

I have a small bump on my penis that has got me worried. It has been there for over a year at least and is small and flesh colored to reddish. It hasn't changed in size or shape and is the only one. It has really been feeding into my anxiety lately and I'm looking for some advice as to what it may be. I actually had a physical just a couple of months ago but at the time it wasn't even on my mind and the doctor never even noticed it. What could it be?? Please help, I am losing sleep over this.

Here are some pictures...
