Small cuts below tip of penis...WONT HEAL...HELP

I have been having unprotected sex with my girlfriend of 3 years. For the last few months I have developed small cuts under the tip of my penis. They almost look like the skin is cracking in a few different places. Im worried of any STDs but I have been reading and it doesnt seem like any symptoms. Im going for STD tests tomorrow but I was just curious what you guys thought. The doctor prescribed me a cortizone cream. When I dont masturbate or have sex the cuts seem to get a little better. But when I get an erection or have sex the cuts open up again. They range in size and I mainly only get them on the left side of my penis but there are a few very small spots on the right side. Im guessing it is from friction, but I dont know how to cure it. Any suggestions? I can take pictures if needed so you get a better understanding. Any help is appreciated.

my boyfriend has the same problem.  We have also been having unprotected sex for over a year and a half, but the cuts have only been showing up recently. As well as yourself,  the majority of cuts are on the left side.  He put Polysporin on it, and it healed...but then they came back again.  I was wondering if you know of anything or have tried anything that has worked for you

I am going through the same exact thing. These small cuts appear to be healing but as soon as I have unprotected sex with my girlfriend it opens back up. HELP

I have had cuts on and off for the past 2 years and my boyfriend, for the first time this week, has gotten cut on the shaft of his penis. My doctor had given me creams to fight yeast infections but its so messy. Only a week before my period, this happens, otherwise I have no cuts. I have been putting tampons in around the time I have this acidic discharge and it helps with MY cuts.
