Small lump on foreskin, and discolored splotches around groin?

I have two genital-area issues:

First, there is a small (about 2-3mm) bump underneath and near the end of my foreskin. The best way to describe it would be like a more flat bead was placed inside of it. This doesn't hurt at all, nor has it changed in size. Ive had it for at least two or three years (can't quite remember otherwise) I've never done anything about it as I as it has never had any change of symptoms. Should I be worried?

Second, I have discolored (reddish) splotches around my groin. It is similar in look to jocks itch but it is not dry or irritated, does not itch, and doesn't really seem to be spreading. This has also been there for at least a year as at first it was mostly covered by pubic hair and I didn't notice and when I did I thought it was a birthmark. What should I do?
Thanks in advance
