Small red bump size of a pea

Painless bump armpit size of a pea. It is red on the surface and seems to be attached to the skin. It is hard and was once bigger than a pea. I manscape my armpits and used a deoderant with aluminum in it (dove). It's about a week old I found it on 10/21 and I shaved the outer lines of my armpits where it is located. No other bumps or lumps in the area.

It might be a loculated infection. If it persists for as long as two weeks or if it gets worse in any way I would seek immediate medical attention.
