Small red lumps..

Hi, ok recently (as within days) I've noticed a couple very small red dots on the underside of the main section of my penis. When I touch them they do not act as bumps, only when I am erect and/or near ejaculation.
I have had absolutely no sexual contact in my life so it can't be an STD, although I do masturbate usually daily. I heard this can create blocked lymph nodes and if I stop masturbating for a while they should go away, is this correct? They already have decreased in size but not hugely.
Also, does it seem like something to worry about or is it quite normal?
