Soft swelling/growth beneath Left Testicle

Hi. Two weeks ago, After coming out of the shower, I had noticed a small soft swelling beneath my left testicle. With it came a dull ache (barely noticeable really). The left testicle seems larger than the right, which does not have any noticeable sensation. Fearing the worst, I booked an appointment at my GP, who inspected it and could not find any problems. Still sceptical, I organised another appointment with a different doctor, who also checked it and gave me the all clear. Apparently cancer comes with a small, hard, painless, pea shaped lump, however I would describe mine as soft and quite squishy. I had asked for them to organise an ultrasound but they stated that unless there was any immediate concern that it would be unnecessary. Any suggestions? Am I just being paranoid?
