Spots on scrotum and spot on penis

On my scrotum I have little spots everywhere, maybe the size of a pentip, or a bit bigger. I don't know what causes them ; I have never had any sort of sexual contact, ANY, so it cannot be STD. These spots are also about halfway up the shaft of the penis.

Another is I have a white spot on my scrotum, the size of half a penny maybe. It is bright white and it only showed up when I would irritate that area, now it is always there.

Last one is I have a spot on the head of my penis. It's bright red ( pretty noticable ) and is the size of a needle head.

If you have any ideas what any of these are, please tell me. :)

I have the same problem but mine are just on the genitals and on the shaft of the penis. They are small white spots that are squeezable and realease a white discharge. I have had one sexual partner and i am worried if this could be an STD?

i have that too some discharge others dont what is this and is it treatable?
