Stopping Masturbation is healthy?

Hello everyone, I have noticed recently that I have hair loss and my body is getting weaker and I am losing concentration on things and also my vision is getting weaker, so does masturbation have all these effects? Also I do martial arts and I have been told that masturbation affects my performance and makes me weaker. What should I do?

there may be other issues for hair loss and other symptoms. So consult a doctor before attributing the symptoms to masturbation. The wrong diagnosis may do more harm.
