Sudden Testical Pain

So I am a 24 year old male. I woke up this morning and after laying in bed for a little before getting up I noticed a slight pain in my right testical. It was quick, almost like I had gotten flicked but the pain immediately went away. I got up and proceeded to get ready for work per usual. Again about 30 minutes later I felt the pain just briefly and it went away. It happened to be a day where I had a lot of paper work in the office so I was sitting at my desk all day. I'm not sure if this matters but I wear a suit all day with tight briefs that are sort of constricting. Through out the day I would feel the pain every 15-30 minutes just the same quick dull pain then gone. The pain though began to feel like it was in my lower abdominal about 5 inches above my right testical. When it would happen I would touch the testical and it was sensitive but when the pain went away it no longer hurt to the touch. I began to freak out a little bit reading about causes. I have been in a monogamous relationship for two years and don't feel any sort of burning when I urinate or any other symptoms so I kind of rules out any chance of am STD. I did though, get a canker sore about two weeks ago but I have been getting those my whole life so I think it's unrelated. Research online links it to lower back pain or joint pain. Hurt my back playing high school football and my knee playing basketball in college so no way of telling if this is what's causing it. Anyways the pain had subsided for a while but it came back slightly and when I began to poke around it felt like it was in both trsticals and my lower abdominal as well. Had to leave work, uncomfortable but not extremely. More so just worried beccause it's my family jewels. Anyone ever had this? If so what was it?
