Sunken Brown Spots on Penis

Recently skin on the the head of my penis has gone from being clear and smooth to being blotchy and having several sunken brown spots. The spots vary in diameter but are no larger than a few millimeters and appear to be forming a semi circular pattern. The rest of the skin appears blotchy. There is no pain or itchiness. I have been monogamous for the past 10 years and do not suspect STD's. I have also recently noticed the skin on the shaft know has some darkened areas also. What can this be? should I seek help, and from who?
