Sweaty testicals and gluteus maximus

I would like to have some answers concerning a condition I have endured and remained quiet about over the past decade or so. I continually have sweaty testicals. The sweat itself has an unpleasant odour that bares no relation to the smell of stale sweat or the sweat you may have during and after exercise. It smells remotely of rancid oil, but this is only detectable to me when my body is hot. I sweat when I'm hot, which is understandable, but also when I am cold, like really cold. My underpants are always noticeably damp or wet when it's hot. I feel like I'm at the end of my tether. Could someone please offer some advice? Thanks. PS They are always kept clean and as dry as possible.

The problem is not with testicles but with the digestive system. I think you donot have normal bowel movement.... Try to change your life style-- involving more vegetables and fruit in your food and run for 3 Km per day in morning. Drink lot of water and let it be wet in groin area.  When ever you get secure place remove your undergarment and give good air to circulate to groin area. It is like the other part of body and need air.. Try to change undergarment frequently as you feel the smell is coming and try to use boxer or other relax briefs that give direct air to that area. At night be nude to give air......... Follow and tell the change....

hi I am a 47 year old male and have excessive sweating below also I sweat on my forehead as well its evey day his happens its really embarrasing especially as i have to change my bottom clothing every day such as my pants and underwear at least 3 times a day i also sweat while doing easy things also i sweat badly at work i went to the docs he told me its nothing but its really annoying so if anyone has any ideas then could you please let me know thanks john b.
