Swelling of Feet?

Recently i noticed that after  travelling long distances, about 10 hours continously sitting, there occurs swelling of feet. But then if i walk for 10 -15 min it goes off. Is it an indication of any serious disease?? Anything to worry??

You really need to get up and walk around if you're on a plane. If you're in the car for a trip you need to stop every couple of hours to get out and walk around.
It would'nt hurt to see your Dr for a checkup. Tell them about the swelling.
