Swolen/small bumps on veins near head of penis

I've noticed the last week that the veins just underneath the head of my penis are getting slightly swolen with some slightly hard bumps spread along it. its only a a small length of vein. they seem to be more prominent some times and not so prominent other times. they seem to shrink and get bigger randomly.
what could it possibly be? and does it need treatment?

look its nothing more than your just having too much sex and its starting to catch up with you just wait a week before having anymore sex or masterbation (masturbation) and you will see the difference.
