Swollen Right Testicle.

about 4 days ago i was hit with a terrible fever, the next day i felt fine but i had a pain in my right testicle, so i went outside and started to mow my lawn, i got about three strips done and i had to quit because the pain was unbearable, i then went to the bathroom and noticed that my right testicle was swollen. i went to the doctor immediately and got checked. they took a UA and found puss in my urine and told my that i had Urinary Tract Infection. i've been taking antibiotics and my urine looks healthier i just don't know what is wrong with my testicle and am wondering if someone could help me out.
