I have no idea, but I can guess:
As with any transplant, you will have to take anti-rejection medications for the rest of your life... so it would be much eaiser just to take hormone replacement therapy rather than go through a surgery and have to worry about rejection.

What is it that you want to gain from a transplant? Do you want to be able to have a child or do you not want to have to take testosterone replacement therapy? The first transplant link you gave was a special case where the patient’s healthy testicle was removed before he had chemotherapy. It was then placed back into him after his chemo. In the other cases, the donor was a different person... thus if you had a child using someone else’s testicle, the child would not be genetically related to you. This is probably why the surgery isn’t done much.
