TINGLING SENSATION TIP OF MY PENIS

I have been experiencing a slight tingling sensation on the tip of my penis no pain. Also I don't have any bumps lumps rashes or itching around my genital area. I went to the doctor and he said it might be an infection of my urnairy tract system he prescribed me azithromycin 6 day medication. I think my anxiety is making it worst or overthinking. Does anyone feel the same? Need advice on this issue thanks

A urinary tract infection [UTI] would be a first guess. How about diet - lots os spicy foods to irritate your system? And pain in the kidney or bladder areas?  Probably time to go back to the doc and repeat the symptoms to make some determination.

Charlieboy504, I have the same symptoms. I took Azithromycin 500 x a week to no avail.
Did you get a diagnose? What was the treatment?
