TRT and Nolvadex or arimidex

hello .
i been dignsatic with saver low testostron and high E2 , my doctor prescried my with 3 drugs
Nolvadex + cidoviron + Epifasi 5000 amp.
my question here are :
1:do cidoviron safe i read every where on the internet that it cast liver energy
2:some of my friends saying that i should take arimidex low dose instand of daily Nolvadex is this true "i have Gynecomastia i dont want big boobs more than this " which of them can help me lose it ?

i have read also that cidoviron aka (Mesterolone) is almost uselss in my condition with saver low T.. should i try a new doctor or something is missing here . thanks
