Tenderness, and what I think are bruises

I've recently been having some slight tenderness and a little bit of pain in my pubic hair region, on the right side, and always in the same place, theres no marks or sores on my skin.

I also managed to cause my self to bleed when, masturbating a few days ago, it was only a sore bit of blood, but since then I've had a bit of discomfort peeing, although it has lessened. The blood wasn't in the semen, it appeared before hand, (I had boxers on, and noticed they where sticking to me a bit, then I noticed that there was blood causing the sticking) so I'm thinking I may have caught my self or something.

So just wondering, if it seems like I just tore something, and pulled a muscle, or if the two might be linked.

I also have 2 small purple marks on my penis, one at the tip, just at the bottom of the hole, which is where the discomfort peeing has been, it;s also slightly sore if I catch it on say my boxers, this has also lessened over the days, the other one is on the head, but a distance away from the very tip, it has also been a bit tender and painful.

Thanks for any help, just wanting to try relieve any anxiety as doctors appointments can be a few days coming here.
