Terrible Itch at Groin area mainly on scrotum

I am 24 years old and been sexually active. Never had any problem with my penis before.

Untill recently, my new gf used to have alot of Itch on her vagina area. Somehow I got the itch and at first it was controllable. But over time it became worse and now my scrotum is always itchy, and have a little of odour, and is always sweaty. It worsen out to my inner thighs (in-between the both legs where the scrotum sits). The itch got so bad that I scratch them so hard till the skin peels and becomes reddish and there are like crack scars that burns alot. The skin there is usually moist and when I rub them it rolls outinto darkey. This skin looks shiny and it hurts alot. And now somewhat the itch is moving to buttcrack and my anus.

Another important issue is that I am uncircumcised. Recently i have been having terrible cuts ( like cracks of skin, tore and cuts on my foreskin over the shaft when I pull back) only after sexs with my gf even in the first go. It doest not heal easily. It's hard for me to pull back my foreskin and it looks swelled (the foreskin) There is like a white, smelly, easy to rub off but freaking pain skin forms over the scars. There are visible like red bloody skin patches but it doest not bleed. The skin also appears to shiny and inflamed. It burns and stings. The skin tearing is happening really often and it's frustrating.

I do keep a clean hygienic routine.

Please help me

You should probably be tested for a sexually transmitted infection. It's very scary but you may need an antibiotic and cream to heal yourself.
