Testicle and lower back pain

About a month ago I began to feel a little pain in my lower right back, nothing overly painful just dull and constant. Then over the past week, it feels likie I've been kicked in the right testicle. Again nothing overly painful, just dull and constant.

Everything seems to be working properly , urination, erection, exercise and what ever else I am supposed to do with it but what the Heck could it be?
