Testicle pain:-\

So i've had this bruise on my penis for a quite a while now. I know that if i stop masturbating, it'll probably go away...but i'm having troubles doing that... Anyway--recently--i've been getting sharp pains right inbetween my testicles--in the shaft area... Any idea what that might be?
