Testicle pain and no ejaculation

Hi, I am a 23 year old male,

I recently was diagnosed with epididymitis, after going to the ER with pain mostly in the right testicle, and was given deoxycycline. The STD test came back negative.

I then went to a urologist who said it seems to have cleared up and prescribed Ciprofloxacin to help with any additional pain along with ibprofuin.

He also suggested i get an ultrasound to test for testicular cancer with came back negative, but he noticed a shadow which could have been a kidney stone.  So I went for a CT scan because I developed some back pain and frequent urination, but the results said there was no stones.

So I went home and masterbated the same day as the CT scan, and nothing came out and now I have the pain in my right testicle again and I am scared to death.
