Testicle sore/pain

Hey,

For the past week or so i have been having some soreness in my testicles or more really at the ends where the long veins seem to come from. They just feel sore or have a dull ache to them all day that doesnt seem to go away. It hasn't gotten any worse or less either. Just the same. I haven't had any other symptoms, no pain in urinating or anything else. Just that annoying sore feeling.

Just woundering if it is worth going to get checked out or if it will probably go away.
