Testicles Disorders

One of my male cousins is suffering from testicle disorders that one of his teticle is inside his body i.e. one in the scrotum and other inside the body. Can you kindly help me about followng queries:

1) What type of disorder is this?
2) What is imapct of such disorder over the male reproduction system?
3) Is there is any treatment available for this type of disorder?

1) Cryptorchidism.
2) If unilateral, chances are that fertility will not be affected. But only tests can reveal that.
3) Surgery.
