Testicular Discomfort While Sitting Down - Groin Pain? Hernia? Cancer?

For a few years I've had some discomfort near my testicles. I feel it mostly somewhere on my right groin area although I can't really pin-point the exact discomfort location.  It doesn't really hurt, but it is very uncomfortable while sitting down.  When I stand up and walk, it is usually gone.  I work in an office full time sitting down for the past 10 years.

About 2 years ago i went to a doctor and he made me cough while touching my testicles, got urine tests from me.  He said all was well and that the problem was MUSCULAR!

Anyway, recently it's been happening everyday.  I'm wondering it could be a hernia somewhere or if it is in fact, muscular.

The funny thing is, I'm not able to pinpoint an exact area of pain.  It's discomfort around groin/right testicle area.

I will be going to the doctor to have it checked out, but wanted to hear any opinion/input on what it might be. Hope it's not cancer :(
