The pain has subsided but there is still low grade tenderness.
Today I get up going about my business and when I move to say bend over it feels kind of like there is a golf ball in my gut about 2-3 inches to my right of the belt buckle and 2-3 inches south of the belt.
Once again, not pain as much as discomfort and low grade tenderness and only noticeable if I bend over or similar motions.
I am 30 and have been in fine health except for a bout with malaria.
I don't know what to do because I am not in any serious pain but odd stuff.
