Testicular atrophy etc

Testicular atrophy etc

I believe I am suffering from testicular atrophy as a result of steriod use about 4 years ago. I used winstrol and oxandrolone for two months and testosterone enanthate (small dose...whatever that means biologically) for 3 weeks. I then took clomid and nolvadex for 6 weeks. I am now 27 and have the following symptoms:

Erectile Dysfunction - I can still have erections but not near as powerful and much below normal
Shrinkage of both penis (length and girth) and testicles
Loss of interest - I am not motivated to do anything
Memory problems
Sleep problems including night sweats
and I guess as a result of all that...depression.

I probably have prostate issues since drinking alcohol easily causes urinating problems but otherwise I am relatively healthy. I can run 4  nine minute miles if I make myself go to the gym long enough to increase stamina and I am able to gain muscle weight but not near as easy as it was for me when I was young. I am currently 205 lbs, 5 9 with a wide/thick build with about 15% body fat; visually I appear in good shape.

I would like to know what my options are. Can these conditions be treated with Human Growth Hormone, HCG, clomide, arimidex, nolvadex, or a combination?

If so, will i have to be on these/any medications constantly or just until normalization?

Thank you for you time.
