Hello, im not claimin to know anything here, as a matter of fact im probably going to be posting a message here in a second about my own testicularTesticular biopsy Testicular cancer Testicular torsion Testicular torsion repair Testicular torsion repair - series problem so consider this just a thought.
Yes there are blood vessils at the base of the testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound and they can feel hard(ish) they shouldnt be rock hard or anything but there pretty firm, ive noticed that the density of those vessils will change from time to time in my testiclesTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound, try checking right after a warm shower when the testicles are (hanging low) they need to be relaxed, if there held up tight because of being cold or "excited" those blood vessels and the testicle itself will feel harder, generally with testicle cancer the lump will be somewhere on the sides of the testicle, what your feeling is probably part of the epidydiys (missspelled terribly i know)i would make an appointment for a urologyst but not be overly alarmed, keep in mind ,worst case scenario its testicular cancer ,testicular cancer has a CURE rate of OVER 90% ive heard even as high as 99% these days. though its true that the "cure" almost always involves removal of the testicle everything will still funtion normally with only one testicle, they even have implants for cosmetic purposes (i think that idea is ridicules but its availabe at least) so EVEN of its the worst case scenario you do not need to be overly concerned about it, just get him to go to a doctor and make sure hes alright.
