Testosterone Replacement., ED, 20 yeard old

hello. i am a 20 year old male. ive been having weak erections for a few months now. my testosterone came it at 318. from what ive read my t level should be at 700-800.
if i go on regular testosterone replacement i will lose what ever fertility i have. is there anyway i can get on a form of replacement and maintain my fertility?
