Thrush or smoking?

Hey there.

Im 26. About a year ago I had sex with a sex worker. Recently I noticed my tongue had a whiteish hue/coating at the very back of my tongue. As well as swollen taste buds at the back of my tongue.  I looked it up and now in convinced I have oral thrush caused by HIV. Now I got ahold of the worker and they assured me they are HIV- and have been tested 2 months ago.

I have also been steadily smoking unfiltered cigarettes mixed with marijuana through bongs for about 3 years. And didn't brush or take care of my mouth the best I should of and also haven't eaten very many green vegetables at all the past year.

Is it likely that all of that has caused my tongue to form a white coating? Or is it thrush after a year of sex with a sex worker?

Im freaking out and basically convinced I have hiv even though I haven't felt tired, haven't lost weight, haven't gotten fever or flu symptoms.

Please help. Would like to post picture but not sure how
