Tingling at head of penis

I'm a 35 yo male who has stage 4 rectal cancer. 2 years ago I had total rectum removal and a colostomy surgery. For the year after the surgery I had these Tingling feelings at the head of my penis almost as though I needed to urinate. This feeling would come and go at random times (not very often) and only last about 10 mins. By random I mean sometimes after I would urinate, after an erection, or after ejaculating. The only relief when it happens is to sit on the toilet and dribble urine out.

Because it was so infrequent I didn't pay much mind to it. However, I had another tumor removed from my rectum area almost a year ago and since then it happens all the time. It now last up to an hour each time. I'm at my ends Witt with it. I've been tested for stds, uti, and am now on flowmax but so far no help.

Any help would be amazing
