Tiny White dots inside the Foreskin

Hi,

I've got these tiny white spots on the edge of my foreskin. They're not painful or itchy. They're all over the tip of my foreskin but only on the inner part which is visible only if i pull the foreskin behind.

Has anyone else got these? Or can anyone suggest what they may be?

I'm 22 and haven't had any sex until now....

Thanks

MOST LIKELY THE ANSWER HERE!!

I had been searching for the answer for quite some time to figure out what this unwashable, small, white bumps were in my upper, inner foreskin. Still a virgin, 17, wash regularly, definitely not PPP. They aren't itchy, sore, or irritating and they don't seem to spreading (well at least since I've noticed them). Finally I think I may have found the answer.

Everything else doesn't seem to match what I have until I found one of the answers to the question found about. I feel quite certain that they are clogged pores, however I have not tried popping them and I don't think I really want to. If this isn't it, I don't know what is!!

I deal with them to my nurse told me it is clogged pores they will not harm you and you can pop them but it hurts like hell and that will cause the pores to become infected so don't try it I hoped this helped.

Most likely, most of you have Fordyce spots, look at the exmaple.

TLDR: They do nothing are purely cosmetic and treatment is a pain in the ***. They sometimes go away on their own and sometimes stay

Here you are:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pearly_penile_papules

They're known as "pearly penile papules" and they're completely safe. They show up in a significant number of men and are actually just the way some guys look. This is, of course, assuming that you have not had unprotected intercourse with a partner of unknown STD status or put yourself at risk of receiving a sexually transmitted infection. But you said that you were a virgin so this shouldn't be an issue. You should confirm with your physician though just to make sure (they should be able to identify it almost immediately given its appearance and your sexual history).

Good luck!

Well that's definately not what I mean, at least - we all (or at least I did) learned about smegma in high school biology, but I'm talking about little white beat-like things that are under the interior skin of the foreskin itself - not the base of the glans.  Smegma goes away when you wash yourself, but these little beads are permanent fixtures, sort of like tiny pimples (but they don't burst, or do anything at all, when squeezed).

if we're thinking of the same thing here, it sounds like "smegma" which is basically a build up of old skin and semen, around the area you described. this is usually caused by not washing the penis as much as needed. check out this link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smegma

thers a pic, see if thats the kind of thing you're dealing with, in which case, it can be kept at bay by regular washing.. hope this helps :D

I've had these for as long as I can remember (since I was at least, like, 14 and a virgin), and they haven't ever changed or caused any problems.  I have often wondered about this myself, but there doesn't seem to be any cause for alarm.  It would be nice, though, to have a more informed response.
