Tiny hard bump under skin of the shaft of penis

Hi, in the past month or so there has been a tiny hard bump on the shaft of my penis, under the skin, on the right side, a little below the head. It is indetectable when I am not erect and there is no pain or interference with urinating or sexual activity. Again, it is only detectable when I am erect, it can be moved around a little and is most definetly under the skin with no coloration and no pain. Could this an inclusion cyst?

I also have a problem that sounds the same as yours!
I went to the doctor about it, he looked at it and said it was a cyst and the only way to get rid of it was to go to a plastic surgen and thay could remove it but It would be expensive, otherwise he said to just leave it alone but it probably wont go away!!!
It wasn't much help to me but thats what he told me!!!

I have the same problem. Im not sure weather to go to the doctorsa and get it checked out. It would be great if you could get back to me on this matter.
