To much foreskin help

by scared1974577, Jun 26, 2008 01:07PM
Hi i have a boyfriend that has a big problem he is not surcumsized and to me seems like he should be his skin covers all of his penis even when arrect he canot pull the forskin back at all as it is to tight to go back and it hurts him alot.To me itt looks like the head is to big to pop through,he says when we make love that it hurts him and feels like ripping so he has to pull out then he goes soft and cant keep it hard many of the times he has to finish him self off what should he do about this problem.
He says that hes scared to go to the doctor as he will have to get surcumsized, and is worried that after doing that he wont feel pleasure anymore as he is convinced that its all to do with the skin.
can someone help me on this matter
(sorry about the spelling)

Your boyfriend's physician should be called upon to take care of this problem.  It would be a fairly simple procedure to release the foreskin to allow the glans penis to come through when erect.  The doctor might recommend complete circumcision which would be fine, but just a minor incision would do it, I would think.  Either way, no, this will not curtail any pleasure; in fact, it will take away the nuisance and especially the pain that he is going through now just because of some silly skin.  Your lovemaking will improve 100% when this is taken care of.

Try to avoid circumcision at any cost. Unless there is no other way.

I would say you can first try some stretching exercises in order to loosen the foreskin opening. Normally this should be sufficient to care of it. It is skin after all subject to the same kind of adaptation as other skin parts of the body, according to applied mechanical stretch.

If such exercises are of no help (and you could not know before months have passed), then probably a small incision would do the trick as SixStringer suggested before. But think about circumcision as your ultimate solution after any other measure has failed.

he may not need to get a full circumcision but a part one to release the skin, but honestly, he has no idea what he is missing out on.... my ex had a tight forskin, and it hurt him too.... i am circumcised, and i tell you the pleasure is amazing, the head of the penis is the most sensative, so if his is covered up and can't be exposted to the pleaseure it should be getting, he is actually neglecting his own enjoyment,......

sadly there are a lot of boys who have this issue, and do nothing about it, at the end of the day, its can be dangerous as infections can get in and smelly, ewww.. but the enjoyment side of things, if he did get it fixed he would love sex so much its all he would want to do....

as long as he fixes it so that it can be pulled back all the way, it'll be just the same feeling as circumsision, without the constant sensitive exposure
