Too much porn/masturbation cause ED?

Hi I m a 28 year old and suffer some degree of ED in recent. I start masturbated since I m 19 and usually use porn as a form of visual stimiulation. I have observed that I have lost the ability to maintain erect during intercource or I only get weak erection. My question is: does masturbation in association with porn will "exhaust" my interest towards sex and create a negative impact on my ability to get aroused in real sex? I m worried cause I think I m still young to have physical cause  for ED. Any thought?

Just try to take it one day at a time guys. Things will get better. Just stay away from the porn! It seems it's different for everybody. I'm just about on my 14th day with no porn. I masturbated on day 8. But no pictures or porn. I just closed my eyes and things worked the way they are supposed to.

I went to see the gf yesterday. We can't have sex at her place during the week because of kids, she's loud in the bedroom, lol. But we did make out right before I left and I was almost instantly hard. It took the 5 minute drive home for me to get rid of that erection. So hopefully when I see her Friday things work as well.

I feel super pumped up right now. Full of energy and ready to go. Used to be I couldn't get my **** hard for anything without porn. I could sit there for hours and try and nothing would happen. But now just doing certain thinigs or kissing the lady seems to have things working right. A huge step in the right direction.

Yes, that is a bit discouraging, but that does not change the fact that there is improvement and which is as a result of the abstinence from porn and masturbation. I believe the recovery process is a bit slow with some people and sometimes seems abstinence is not doing the job and does not worth the effort.

But before you get discouraged, look back at the time when you were fully into PMO and now when you're trying to quit. Personally, I have experience a significant improvements both in personal and sexual level.

Small improvement is better than no improvement at all.

Personally, I will advice you get a steady girlfriend/casual sex partner and if not for anything but to monitor your recovery for the next 6-12 months.

I won't even wish it on my enemy to be addict to this s.h.i.t. It's a gradual destroyer. My efforts to quit alone is a progress for me.

Keep the spirit high and continue to push. One day, you will get there.

I had sex, or at least tried to have sex, on Wednesday evening. First I gave her oral, and she loved it, I even think she orgasmed. Then I tried to take from behind and I wasn't hard enough to enter her, so then she had to give me a ******* to make me hard again, which I did, then she came on top, and I lost my erection while I was inside ( I was wearing a condom but still, it's annoying to still be having problems after all this time). Then she told me she was allergic to latex and she was too sore to continue. So she finished me off with a *******.

So right now I'm feeling a bit discouraged... I've been staying away from porn for a while now, and I'm still not seeing results :-(

I'm on day 4 again now and it isn't easy or fun at all. I guess that's the point though. I'm not going to slip up this time. I don't know if it's all in my head but I feel good and confident. Just uncomfortabvle because I'm so used to that release multiple times a day. I'm not as anxious as I normally am and I actually had like a 5 minute conversation with a pretty cute chick at the grocery store today. Normally I'd just nod or say a one word response, but I actually tried to push it and flirt a little, hold eye contact with her. Not that I would cheat on my girlfriend, I was just curious as to why I didn't seem as nervous as I normally do around attractive women. I feel fairly charged up if that makes any sense.
