Too much porn/masturbation cause ED?

Hi I m a 28 year old and suffer some degree of ED in recent. I start masturbated since I m 19 and usually use porn as a form of visual stimiulation. I have observed that I have lost the ability to maintain erect during intercource or I only get weak erection. My question is: does masturbation in association with porn will "exhaust" my interest towards sex and create a negative impact on my ability to get aroused in real sex? I m worried cause I think I m still young to have physical cause  for ED. Any thought?

Hey every one, I haven't posted in such a long while.
It is good to see Sammy my bro fighting the good fight and leading the charge.

Nice to see my fellow brothers waking up to the reality and making the steps to enhance their life.

I have been busy with school.  I have been going on fine for a while now. No form of slipping whatsoever. Going cold turkey works best for me. The last time i went 100 days and I started masturbating without porn and eventually slipped back.  I, from my experience, think masturbating overall should be placed on hold. If one thinks masturbation is ok, then that's fine, but try going without it too, and if you cant, maybe that's another addiction to think about.

I have been feeling more energy and I am more focused again.  I feel positive and clean inside. I am looking forward to going the whole year and see what happens at the end of the year.

I have powerful erections when I am talking to a girl I really like. We were having a discussion without using any dirty words, but the conversation was suggestive. I had some good hard on!! I was surprised!! I haven't felt it so strong in years! Anyway,  I am motivated to continue on this path yet again.

No porn watching for me I haven't even peeked on a video.
No masturbation for me, I think that's a gateway activity that will lead me back to porn, based on my experience, so for me that's a no no.
A girl did send me naked pics of herself, I didn't get any reaction from that.  I deleted them now anyway. I get more excited from a nice conversation.

I haven't kissed a girl in awhile.. much less to have sex.

The journey continues bro! keep it clean, lets all just aim for another 30 days without PMO and  post a celebration article for another mile stone (each time we do). [what you think?]

I would say these days I am having sex around 10 times a month... I don't think having sex cheapens your sexual experience. On the contrary, I believe having sex "trains" your penis back to normal. It needs to forget the touch of your hand and get used to the feeling of being inside a vagina...

havnt been here in a while, because of my mysteriously neuropathy that is affecting sensations in my body. Loss of sensation is still here, very little sensation. I believe there was damage to my nerves near my penis area and elsewhere in body, because of loss of sensations have been persisted since i posted on here. I suspect it could be an autoimmune or some kind of vitamin deficiency, did not have test specifically. Since im on "welfare" getting docs appointment has been a big issue, since my pcp doesnt believe have neuropathy, so her own conclusions is pointing it "all in my head". i went to the specialist on thursday for eye(not my doing), hopefully i can see a neurologist to get to the bottom of this.
I am aware that my symptoms are very similar to diabetic neruopathy, but needs blood tests to be sure. so this neuropathy has affected my orgasm, i can still orgasm and stimulus, but do not get an intense feeling when actually oragasm. I sitll mb,and slipped up several times, so this makes things worst.
it took me months just to get a an appt.

sammywinchester, you seem to be doing great with getting girls to even have sex with you. the best part is to abstain from sex for a month or so, to see where your libido or erections go from there. constant sexual activity also cheapens your sexual experience like it is porn. How often do you have sex  a month?

I haven't masturbated once to orgasm since the date shown in my ticker. However, there have been a couple of occasions where I was weak (including today :-( ) and looked at a bit of porn and touched myself to it. Still, I have noticed improvements, and I think it has helped that I have had a regular sexual partner.

I think it's really important that you penis gradually stops getting used to your own touch, and starts getting used to the touch of a woman instead, as well as being inside her. And of course it is important to stop the porn-masturbation association, and watch as little porn, ideally none, for as long as possible...

If you can control you breath, you can increase you libido. Fast breathing bring you near to orgasm and slow breathing allows you to linger on your sexual activity. There is another powerful exercise, male deer exercise.
