Too much porn/masturbation cause ED?

Hi I m a 28 year old and suffer some degree of ED in recent. I start masturbated since I m 19 and usually use porn as a form of visual stimiulation. I have observed that I have lost the ability to maintain erect during intercource or I only get weak erection. My question is: does masturbation in association with porn will "exhaust" my interest towards sex and create a negative impact on my ability to get aroused in real sex? I m worried cause I think I m still young to have physical cause  for ED. Any thought?

Just saying hello. I have been free since my last update. I hardly think about my former habit. Key things I do is find something to do to occupy time and go to sleep when I would normally slip up.

NO PORN
NO MASTURBATION

KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF YOUR WILLY unless you p i s s i n g or taking a bathe.

peace lol

Since you are this young and started fapping for only 5 years, which is already a long time. if you are getting an erection with your gf, its likely you dont have ED. You may have very minor ED. You defintely should stop watching porn and masturbating, if your thinking about having sex with your gf. I dont know how young your gf is,but dont think about sex until she is ready. You can masturbate, but not to porn, you can do it to your gf. Some of use have been masturbating 8+ years and already have severe ed issues, and other mental issues.
if she is ready and you can get a strong erection, you can make love. Its usually soft erection that doesnt last long that is the issue.
Once people starts masturbating, theres no way to stop unless you are getting satisfied by a sexual partner.

Hi its been a while. And i havnt found any answers. After the neurologists(it was just a regular one, not a special eye neurologist), She dint seem to think my issues was neurological, because the way i describe the symptoms. Now ive have been taken a step backwards, because all i got was another Specialist with an ENT, which wouldnt help because my issues have been neuropathy based. The loss of sensation made me wonder if it was something happened in my brain, where it processes the sensations. Im getting the run around. I have been to other forums, and it turns out neuropathy is very hard to pinpoint, especially the cause, because if a doctor does not see it, or have results on a tests, it doesnt exist to them, and they start saying its in your head. After the neuro appt, i get the feeling i will not be able to get an MRI,CAT,PET scan or see anothe neurologist again, based on the lack of findings on this one. I tried explaining the inability to feel anything slide down my throat, as asymptom but it dint not faze them at all. They tried to pushed more blood tests, but i dint not bother giving blood, because i do not even have symptoms of those things on the blood test.
and this PN has affected my orgasms, even when i masturbate, no intense feeling, just no sensation when it comes out. looks like its going im going to get a run around, from a socialized health care system. All they are capable is very common illnesses and not something that is hard to diagnose like Peripheral neuropathy. Unless i get a rheumatologist or a mri scan, theres very little to go on at this point.
