Too much porn/masturbation cause ED?

Hi I m a 28 year old and suffer some degree of ED in recent. I start masturbated since I m 19 and usually use porn as a form of visual stimiulation. I have observed that I have lost the ability to maintain erect during intercource or I only get weak erection. My question is: does masturbation in association with porn will "exhaust" my interest towards sex and create a negative impact on my ability to get aroused in real sex? I m worried cause I think I m still young to have physical cause  for ED. Any thought?

Good luck Tysofyne.

For the first time in my life, I have met a girl who likes me back and wants to see me again and again. But it's more of a sex friends type of relationship. I don't see myself in a real relationship with her. Still, it's a great feeling and I hope she will help me recover.

So, I have been getting regular sex, without protection (she's on the pill). I'm still struggling a bit to keep my erections (the first time is usually fine, it's more the second or third time we do it that I struggle). So I'm not really seeing any improvement. Maybe I'm still going through that "flatline" period ? This week I had a couple of morning erections, the first time in a long time. I hope this is a sign of better things to come.

I have already seen a urologist, and he didn't find anything wrong. Both he and my doctor basically think it is psychological. Which is why I think it is all those years of porn, coupled with no sex with a human being that have desensitized my brain... At least I hope so, because if it's the case, then it means I should heal within a few months of not watching any porn and not masturbating...

This time I am not going to relapse. I can feel it in me. The other times that I tried to quit, I knew I didn't REALLY want to quit completely, so I would go back to porn once every few weeks... but now I have grown so tired of this ED that my determination to succeed is sky-high.

I had sex with my sex friend last night. We did it twice last night and twice this morning before she left... The first time we did it I was super horny, and came quite quickly after I entered her (missionary). But the three following times I struggled to sustain my erection... even without a condom on...

The good thing is that she has been really supportive in the way that she has made no comments like "maybe it's because you don't find me attractive" or "what is wrong with you ?" In fact she hasn't said anything, which shows she is a really cool person. AND she keeps coming back to me. So I must be doing SOMETHING right ;-)

Although your performance is was not 100%, which really was not expect at the stage of your recovery, but it wasn't that bad.

You should also try and see an urologist as well, so that you can eliminate the fears of a possible medical condition.

Have you tried to go the suggested 90 days without sex, testing or cheating?

I have tried pills. I used Cialis, but it was not effective for me and then I tried Levitra, it works wonder for me. Rock strong, and massive improvement in stamina and the effect can sometimes last for 2 days, but often within a day. Before you take you old Cialis, do not forget to check the expiring date.

Try to use protection, expect you trust the girl enough not to, the nervousness alone is a performance killer.
