Trouble keeping an erection during intercourse

I have been having troubles keeping an erection during sex with my wife. I am a 21 year old male. Sometimes I have no trouble at all but other times I seem to go for about 2 to 3 minutes and then I lose my erection. I do not think it psychological, but I have not ruled out physical. I have only been sexual active for about 10 months. Is there anything anyone recomends that I do to keep myself erect? Could my diet be the problem? What could be causing it? Please help.
