Two hard pale red lumps/spots, help plz?

Im 16, male, only have got to stage 2 with a girl (a long time ago).
recently (this morning coming home from a party) I noticed two hard pale red lumps/spots on the bottom shaft of my penis. one is about 5mmx4mm and another around 10x5mm. Both with around 1mm raise. 1 of which seems to follow a line of hairs and builds up slowly in that line. They don't seem to hurt, only when pressure is amplied it feels slightly uncomfortable. I have looked into ingrown hairs and this is a possibility but i have never had this before and there is no dark tip to the lump from where the hair would be. I spent most of the night outside so could of this been an insect bite? I have forcyde spots so could this link with it? what could these lumps be? Both of the lumps seem to be elongated at attached to the skin

its a ingrown hair i get them just aqueeze  it till everythign gone an du shoul db good if its the same thing i use 2 ghet
