UTI symptoms with negative test

About 4 months ago i had unprotected sex with 2 girls. After about a month i started noticing itching in my urethra and uncomfortable urination (it felt like my urethra was clogged) and some discharge. The itching went away in a month, however the discharge changed from cloudy to white-yellowish, but with no odor, the uncomfortable urination was still present. I went to a urologist and he prescribed me doxycycline and did a swab test and checked my prostate with an ultrasound machine (atleast that's what i think it was) and everything was normal. After a week i came back and the swab test was negative, but the doctor prescribed me doxycycline again for a week just in case. The symptoms disappeared, however after 1 or 2 weeks they started coming back and now, a month after, the discharge is white again and the urination is uncomfortable. I'm starting to feel anxious about this issue and don't know what should i do. Should i just go get some more doxycycline? Or wait for the symptoms to go away?
