Unable to get pregnant, my husband is infertile

my husband 37years, has no mortality, we are trying 1 year for a baby.Is there any medication what can fix it. All other % in the sperm test was over 70% apart from mortality.He doesn't want other sperm donate as he feels he can have somebody else kid.He had a sperm test done 3years ago&everything was fine until now (tested 2 month ago).Is there any possibility, that in his sperm can be maybe few alive?
