Unable to identify my genital defect

My penis does not have a glans head, or cap I guess they would say. It is not phimosis as far as I'm aware. I'm not even sure if I have foreskin or not. My parents say I was not circumcised as a child, but if I do have it I do not have traditional foreskin. What happens is the skin comes up and the tip craters inwards and is a patch of white. I'm not sure what it is tbh, and I've had difficulty googling information on it. Also the white patch seems to be tilted on an angle (off center of the tip, slightly to the side), so the actual tip of my penis sometimes has flesh(?) exposed when erect. It hurts when the flesh part is touched, but depending on how erect I am changes how much is exposed. I haven't engaged in any sexual activity yet but I imagine this is going to be a problem.

This has made me extremely timid around women and somewhat contributes to my social anxiety. Seeing as I'd eventually have to have sex but even if it gets past my deformed penis, I'm not sure I could penetrate without it hurting. Any info / recommendation would be appreciated. I'm in a bit of a rough spot and want to get my life back on track before things get worse.

I imagine speaking to your General Practitioner is the way to go. Go over any discomfort you have and have him physically examine you. Not having a head to your penis sounds unfathomably rare, but again- only they will be able to tell you.

Thanks for the advice. I'll look into it eventually.

I assume you have googled what a penis looks like with its foreskin?  What you are describing sounds a lot like a foreskin, with a bit of the head showing through the opening of the foreskin when you look at the penis end-on.  If you are under 18, this may still be a work in progress, in that the membrane that keeps the foreskin up around the head of the penis can take many years to dissolve enough to allow the foreskin to retract.  My son is 9 and his won't pull back, which all the books assure him is normal.

Hi, thanks for the response. It does not appear to be an issue related to foreskin not retracting, as the bit of the head that should be seen is not what it should look like (and therefore I don't think I have any foreskin to retract). It's just white, no slit hole where urine/semen should exit. Instead it exits from around the white patch. I can try to draw a sketch of it later because it is difficult to describe.
I'd ask a urologist, frankly.
You might be right. What I have might be rare. Thanks anyways.
