Undecended testicles

im 35 old married. I had undeceded testicles which was operated while I was 19 year old. I didnt care about that much at that time. But now, when I have tested my semen, there is no semen. Took medicine for couple of months but useless. Dr. says that there must be nerve pressed during the operation. Chances of getting fertility (semen) by reoperation is extreamly low.
Is there any one who has any problem like this and share whether I can be fertile? I have good libido. thanx for suggestion
